Recipe: Mac and Cheese Muffins

It’s Mac and Cheese… and it’s delicious.

Two tips that I find helpful:

1 – Use cupcake liners with this, that way you won’t risk anything sticking to the pan! (I really hate cleaning up stuff stuck to the pan.)

2 – Make sure you cool it thoroughly. Because I have no will power, I usually eat it right out of the oven and it completely falls apart. So if you can wait a bit, or even make them the day before (and warm it up when you’re ready to eat it), they will come out a lot better.
