This fruit salad is so good and minty fresh. I’ll be making it all summer!
– 1/2 cantaloupe, scooped with melon baller
– 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
– 1 cup blueberries
– 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
– 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
– 2 teaspoons chopped mint leaves
1. In a large bowl, combine cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries, lime juice and zest and mint.
2. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
