My husband and I just recently came back from our honeymoon in Europe. We went to Greece and Italy. I fell in love with the food in Athens. This meal tastes like a million bucks and for a split second I thought I was back in Greece.

Greek Turkey Burgers with Tzadiziki Sauce and Greek Salad
Greek Turkey Burger with Tzadaziki Sauce

21 Day Fix Container Count:
Turkey Burgers – 1 Red, 1/6 Blue, 1/6 Green (2 yellow if usingon a bun)
Tzadziki Sauce – 2 tbsp. 1 orange
Greek Salad – 1 Green (cucumber, tomato, onion), 1/2 orange (olives), 1/2 blue (Feta)


Greek Turkey Burgers
-3/4 cup grated zucchini
-1 1/2 lbs 93% lean ground turkey
-2 tbsp. minced garlic
-1/4 cup red onion, minced
-1 T oregano
-3/4 tsp sea salt
-3/4 tsp black pepper
-1/3 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
-1/2 tsp lemon juice

Tzadaziki Sauce
-1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1 tsp white wine vinegar
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp dill
-1/4 tsp sea salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1/4 cup cucumber, grated and peeled (optional–I did not use because my husband is allergic to cucumber)

Greek Salad
-2 medium tomatoes, diced
-1/4 red onion, sliced (or diced depending on how you like it!)
-1/3 cup Kalamata olives
-1 tsp oregano
-Sea salt to taste
-1 T Feta cheese, crumbled
-1 cucumber, peeled & diced (optional)


Greek Turkey Burgers
1. After grating the zucchini, squeeze the moisture out with paper towels.

2. In large bowl, combine all of the turkey burger ingredients and mix well.

3. Divide into 6 equal patties.

4. Cook burgers on medium heat, about 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the middle.

Tzadaziki Sauce
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Put sauce on top of turkey burger.

Greek Salad
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
