It’s National Coffee Day!
I have to have a cup of coffee in the morning because if I don’t…beware! I love the mix of the coffee and protein. It’s a meal and caffeine. Its super easy to do in the am and sip on while I am putting on my makeup. Try it! It’s yummy!!

Coffee Protein Shake

21 Day Fix count: 1 red, 1 yellow

Ingredients
– 1 cup coffee
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
– 1 cup soy milk
– ice

Directions
– I made a cup of coffee before I went to sleep and put it in the refrigerator so it would be cold in the morning. (optional)

2. Blend the following items in a blender or use a blender bottle.

3. Sip and Enjoy!
