When I was down in South Carolina for a my sister- in- laws wedding my mother in law ordered this at lunch. It looked so yummy and I knew I could recreate this when I got home. It was just as good as the one she ordered. It was really easy and very healthy!

Seared Ahi Tuna Salad

– 1 tuna steak
– olive oil
– romaine lettuce
– cucumbers
– mandarin oranges
– red onion
– Sesame Ginger dressing

1. Heat a large skillet on medium high heat. Add olive oil and heat for 1 1/2 minutes.

2. Add the tuna. Cook the tuna about 5 minutes on one side. Flip and do the other side.

3. Plate how much lettuce and veggies you would like.

4. Cut tuna in strips and lay on top.

5. Add the Sesame Dressing.
