Today is Eat a Cranberry Day!
These are perfect for an on the go snack. I love them and they are quick to make!
– 1 1/2 cups quick oats
– 1 cup shelled pistachios
– 1 cup dried cranberries
– 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
– 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
– 1/2 cup honey
1. Combine all ingredients in mixture. If the mixture seems to thick add another tbsp. of honey.
2. Put mixture in refrigerator covered for 30 minutes.
3. Take out and roll into balls.
4. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
