I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
Over this past summer, in July, my husband and I went on a road trip visiting family and friends. On our way home from the visit we stopped in Memphis, Tennessee. We made all the touristy stops including the National Civil Rights Museum. The museum shows the history of the Civil Rights Movement. The museum is built around the Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated on April 4, 1968.
