Holly’s fav – Overnight Oats

This is such a great breakfast and it keeps my tummy full!

Overnight Oats

– 1/2 cup quick oats
– 1/4 cup yogurt
– 1 tbsp. flax seed
– 1/2 cup fruit
– 1/2 almond milk

1. In a mason jar layer as following starting from the bottom:
oats, yogurt, flax seed, fruit.

2. Add the milk.

3. Cover tightly with a lid.

4. Shake until everything is mixed well.

5. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning add optional toppings such as more fruit or granola.
